The Duty Manager - A hands-on natural leader that is financially astute, commercially aware, a great team player with experience in driving sales.
Ideally, we are looking to speak to Managers from a high-volume background with large teams.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a strong branded background to make a move into an independent.
Responsibilities - Increase your teams effectiveness through efficient training, coaching and development Ensure the venue operates smoothly, with sufficient stock and staff levels at all times Oversee the preparation of drinks, making sure they are prepared up to highest standard Work with the rest of the management team to ensure the venue is safe and operational Keep in line with your KPIs, cash handling, budget and stock control.
