We have an exciting & rewarding opportunity for either an experienced Duty Manager to join our professional & friendly management team or this could be a fantastic opportunity for someone who has hotel supervisory experience and a proven track record and is looking to make the next step in their career.
Candidates must have: · A friendly, professional, outgoing nature & a positive attitude · Previous hospitality experience in a quality establishment · An ability to deliver exceptional customer service · Great organisational & communication skills · Good interpersonal skills and staff management skills · An ability to motivate & direct staff with enthusiasm & professionalism · A willingness to work evenings/weekends and have overnight stays on the premises on a rota basis Key responsibilities: · Day to day management of the hotel · Assisting in all departments as business dictates · Ensuring high levels of service are consistently delivered · Handling any guest issues and queries quickly in a discreet and professional manner.
