We are seeking a professional, passionate, and committed Duty Manager to provide a vital leadership role to the team at St Mary's Kenmure (SMK) SMK exists to care for young people aged 12 to 18 years with complex social, emotional and mental health needs.
Our aim is to deliver the right help, at the right time by the right people to children, young people and their families whose needs require specialist interventions.
Our range of multidisciplinary service teams provide relational care, education and evidence-based specialist assessments and interventions including health and we espouse our values in all that we do.
Tucked aware in a pleasant semi-rural environment, SMK is located in Bishopbriggs in the northeast of Glasgow within easy reach and commutable distance from central belt locations, Edinburgh and Ayrshire.
By managing day to day operational matters in a front-line leadership role, you will ensure safety, inspire confidence in the team, contribute to our culture of support, set high expectations and drive forward positive challenge.
You will make sure practice is delivered in accordance with policies and protocols, best practice statements, Secure Care Pathways and Standards and The Promise.

You must also be registered with or eligible to be registered with the SSSC.
