Dutch-Speaking Payroll Administrator Location: Manchester (parking on-site) Hybrid Working (2 Days from Home) Salary £28-33k DOE Are you fluent in Dutch and have a knack for Payroll administration?
Adaptable Recruitment is delighted to be working with a dynamic business based in Manchester, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dutch-Speaking Payroll Administrator to join their team.

Hybrid Working : Work from home 2 days a week Exciting Travel Opportunities : Occasional trips to the Netherlands to collaborate with the wider team.
Flexible Hours : Core working hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flex start & finish times if needed) Key Responsibilities : In this role, you will own the entire payroll process for Dutch employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Duties include: End-to-End Payroll Processing : Managing payroll for the Dutch workforce, including validating data, inputting and updating employee details, calculating payments, and finalising payroll runs.
Generating Payment Files : Using the payroll system to produce CSV files for payment.
You will upload these files to the bank for review and approval by management.
Data Accuracy and Compliance : Ensuring payroll complies with Dutch regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and practices in the Netherlands.
Employee Support : Responding to payroll-related queries from Dutch-speaking employees, providing guidance and clarification as needed.
Reporting and Record-Keeping : Maintaining accurate payroll records and generating regular and ad-hoc reports for management.
Collaboration : Liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, bonuses, and adjustments Ideal candidate : Language Skills : Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Payroll Experience : Proven experience managing payroll processes or some payroll exposure essential Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex payroll data and meet strict deadlines.
Tech-Savvy : Experience with payroll systems, file generation (e.g., CSV files), and familiarity with banking processes for payroll file uploads.
Team Player : Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
