Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via live chat, email, and phone to resolve queries and provide support.
Solve problems efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
Manage customer interactions professionally, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
What we're looking for: Fluency in Dutch Essential for this role.
