We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide excellent service to our client's Dutch-speaking customers.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both from home and from our client's Newcastle office, with a salary of £24,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via live chat, email, and phone to resolve queries and provide support.
Solve problems efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
Manage customer interactions professionally, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
What we're looking for: Fluency in Dutch – Essential for this role.
Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
Flexibility to work a rotational shift pattern, including late nights.
Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
