Dual Registered Manager - Young People

We are looking for a DualRegistered Manager to manage tworesidential services for young people with disabilities.
Dual RM responsibilities include: The daily running of the two homes Staff management Budgets Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times Compliance with all current legislation relating To be considered for the role you will have: A good track record with Ofsted An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted Have completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management / ILM Level 5 Excellent working knowledge of childrens homes national minimum standards and the Childrens Act 2010 The successful applicant will be rewarded with ongoing career progression, excellent pay, generous holiday entitlement and future opportunity to progress in to senior management.
