Job Opportunity: Textiles Teacher – KS5 – Bishops Stortford Location: Bishops Stortford Day Rate: £168.81 to £257.59 + holiday pay Start Date: ASAP Availability: Full-time Required Qualifications: QTS or a Master's in a related subject Duration: Temporary (until the end of the academic year) We are seeking a passionate and experienced Textiles Teacher to join a dynamic KS5 team in Bishops Stortford for a temporary role until the end of the academic year.

Role Responsibilities : • Deliver high-quality Textiles lessons to KS5 students , encouraging both practical and theoretical understanding • Prepare students for A-Level exams and vocational qualifications • Develop and deliver creative lesson plans that challenge students to explore their artistic potential • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance • Contribute to the department's curriculum development and enrichment activities What We're Looking For : QTS or Master's in a related subject Experience teaching/lecturing Textiles at KS5 level Strong passion for creative subjects and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential Excellent communication and organizational skills If you are dedicated to inspiring creativity and fostering the development of young people in a thriving educational environment, we'd love to hear from you!
