DT Teacher, DT Teaching job, Shrewsbury, £160-£250 MPS, January start We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Design and Technology Teacher to join our dynamic team on a temporary, long-term supply basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate students in Shrewsbury, fostering their creativity and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Design and Technology.
Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
What you'll need to succeed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience in teaching Design and Technology at secondary level.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
