About the role We have a brand new opportunity at our Kemsley Paper Mill for an Electrical Engineer to join us and contribute to a high-perfoming team.
As part of of the Engineering Craft team, you'll work on a diverse range of engineering maintenance and project activities, maintaining high safety standards at all times.
In this role, you'll support our preventative maintenance strategy, undertaking work of a predictive natures in compliance with engineering standards and procedures.
You'll be using your knowledge and experience to repair and replace components, and collaborating with the team to ensure we're better able to predict and deal with any unexpected issues.
We'll also ask you to monitor performance and effectiveness of assets to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Note: This role is part of a callout rota, you will be on call 1 week out of every 6 with the expectation that you'll provide support on any escalated issues (subject to change).
About you Significant electrical engineering and process/instrumentation experience NVQ Level 3, HNC, or similar qualification in Engineering Experience in manufacturing and/or heavy industry, ideally Paper Flexible in your approach to problems Ability to work well alongside your team Driven and self-motivated, always looking for improvements in the way we do things Accountable and wanting to take full ownership over your area of expertise Benefits Salary of £49,713 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme, life assurance and income protection Sharesave scheme Salary sacrifice electric car scheme Employee Assistance Programme Digital GP service Employee Discounts Cycle to work scheme Location: Kemsley Paper Mill, Sittingbourne
