Job DescriptionWe are part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people.
We have various positions available in our Drug and Alcohol Outreach, Hospital Outreach and Housing teams.
Successful candidates will also work alongside in-house services which include community, clinical, criminal justice and a residential rehabilitation facility.

Please note that this role may close early should sufficient applications be received, so early application is advisedDrug and Alcohol OutreachThis role will be working alongside other services providing outreach support to clients around Cornwall with drug and alcohol issues who are struggling to maintain their housing.
You will work alongside the Adult Community Service and the Young People's Service to ensure that an accessible treatment offer is available to those who find themselves rough sleeping or in insecure accommodation.
You will be a resilient and committed individual who has an understanding of the problems faced by individuals finding themselves homeless or in insecure accommodation.Floating Support Outreach As a Floating Support Outreach Worker, you will be trained in all specialisms mentioned above and in Hospital Outreach.
You will provide support to the teams, depending upon where the need is greatest.Due to the outreach basis of these role, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
The post holder will be required to work 37.5 hours per week with occasional weekend work.
