Job Description Company: MPL Logistics Location: Leeds Position: Driver's Mate Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Job Summary: MPL Logistics is looking for dedicated and energetic Driver's Mates to join our team.
In this role, you will assist our drivers with the delivery and installation of various products, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the driver with loading and unloading products from the vehicle.
Help secure items to prevent damage during transit.
Accompany the driver to customer locations and assist with delivery and installation tasks.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
Help maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any necessary paperwork and inventory management.
Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and organized.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies during transportation and installation.
Communicate effectively with the driver and other team members to ensure timely service.
Participate in training and development opportunities as needed.

Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items.

Reliability and punctuality are essential.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
