Alexander James Recruiting are currently working with a leading dealer of Material Handling equipment looking to on-board a new Driver Trainer Manager to take responsibility of the day-to-day running of the Driver Training department.

Responsibilities Developing and expanding the existing Driver Training department.
Undertaking all management roles including recruitment, hosting return-to-work meetings and conducting appraisals & pay reviews.
Maintaining and developing the existing RTITB accreditation (audits, training records, certification etc.)
to ensure all on-going requirements are met.
Liaising with and managing key accounts.
Developing the skills of driver trainers, ensuring all training and certifications are up to date.
Requirements The company are looking for a person with management experience who holds an RTITB instructor qualification.
Ideally, this person would also hold an RTITB Train the Trainer qualification but this is not necessary as training can be provided.
In terms of location, you will ideally be based within the Essex area.
