Job description Van Driver Hourly rate: From 12.50/ph Hours: 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday Comton Group are pleased to be recruiting for a Van Driver on behalf of their Engineering & Manufacturing client in the heart of Blackburn.
Our client is part of a large nationwide group, heavily involved in the metal sector supplying a multitude of industries.
We are seeking an experienced Van Driver, ideally with a clean licence, to service customers within the local area.
Key Responsibilities Forklift experience Safely operate a commercial van to transport goods and materials to designated locations Ability to safely operate a commercial vehicle and navigate through various road conditions Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of deliveries Ability to communicate with customers and build relationships Multi-drop between 5-20 deliveries a day dependant on route What we require from you Full UK Driving Licence Forklift experience/License Proven experience as a van driver or delivery driver is preferred Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members Keen eye on time management Ability to commute to Blackburn on a daily basis Flexibility with hours during the day If interested please click to apply
