Job Description Our friendly transport team in Minworth have an exciting opportunity for a Driver Debriefer to join their team on a full time permanent basis!
As a Driver Debriefer you will be responsible for providing general administration support to the Transport Department.
Salary: Up to £26,622 per annum, plus £2,000 night shift allowance.
Shift: 4 on 4 off, 6pm-6am. Key Duties of a Driver De-Briefer include: Correctly debriefing drivers.
Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly.
Scanning and storing PODs using Culina's document management system.
Preparing drivers' wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information.
Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required.
Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries.
Downloading drivers' cards / tachographs.
Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services.
Consistently updating all spreadsheets including, but not limited to; change-overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets.
Departing & Completing of loads using Transport Management System (TMS).
Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads.
Ensure all trailers are tracked.
Qualifications Attention to detail / accuracy.
Positive and adaptable attitude.
Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office e.g.
PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Able to work as part of a team or individually.
