Salary: £29,000.00 per annum Shift Pattern: Day shifts only, no weekend work Location: M26 We are seeking a dedicated Driver (Class 2) to join the Logistics Operations Team at our client in Radcliffe.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering goods to our wholesale customer base, with an average of 12-15 drops per day.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 45 hours per week, with the added responsibility of assisting in the warehouse with packing and loading after your driving duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out regular scheduled deliveries to customers- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently- Assist with picking, packing, loading, and unloading of goods- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries within a warehouse/fleet environment- Use Fork Lift Truck (Training provided) Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar Class 2 driving role- Strong ability to meet customer demands within timeframes- Physical and mental aptitude for manual/mechanical tasks- Experience with manual handling- IT proficiency for database use- Fork Lift Truck Licence (Training provided)- Clean UK driving licence (Class 2) What We Offer:- Competitive salary- 25 days holiday per year + your birthday off- Up to 10% matched pension contribution- Discretionary company bonus scheme- Private Medical Insurance Please note: Due to insurance regulations, we are unable to cover individuals under the age of 25 on our company vehicles.
