Vacancies have arisen for Driver/Attendants to work for Bolton Council's Integrated Transport Unit, to drive 16 seater minibuses to and from schools and Day centres transporting vulnerable children and adults.
The role involves helping the most vulnerable people in our community to get where they need to be each day.
Whether they are children with special educational needs or disabilities going to school or adults getting to see their friends at a day centre.
The are various post available including Part-time contracted, term-time and Casual posts.
Applicants must hold a D1 licence.
Core hours 07.30 10.30 and 14.45 17.30 Mon-Fri About You You will be able to work with both children and adults who have various needs with dignity and respect, and be able to communicate with parents/carers in a friendly and understanding manner.
You will be flexible and motivated and able to follow instructions and deal with emergencies in a calm manner.
