Position Overview: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the schools dynamic Drama department inspiring the next generation of passionate individuals.

Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging and rigorous Drama lessons aligned with the national curriculum and schools educational goals across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student curiosity problemsolving and collaboration.
Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Drama department and across the school to enhance the learning experience.
Stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches and developments in the field of Drama.
Qualifications and Experience: A Bachelors degree or higher in Drama or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Demonstrated experience teaching Drama at the secondary level.
