Key Responsibilities & Expectations Planning & Delivery : Design and deliver engaging and interactive Drama lessons for Key Stages 3 and 4, aligned with the national curriculum and school standards.
Classroom Management : Create a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves.
Student Development : Inspire and motivate students to develop a passion for Drama, fostering their confidence, creativity, and collaboration skills.
Assessment : Monitor and assess student progress through regular feedback and formative assessments, tailoring support to individual learning needs.
Extracurricular Engagement : Lead or assist with drama-related extracurricular activities, such as drama clubs or school performances, contributing to the broader life of the school.
Inclusion & Support : Work closely with pastoral and support staff to ensure all students, especially those with additional needs, are given the support they require to excel.
