Smith's (Gloucester) Ltd are currently recruiting - Drainage Operative to join our team.
Training can be provided for those individuals who have an interest but no experience.
Day to day duties will include: CCTV Drain Surveys High Pressure Water Jetting (Root Cutting, De-Greasing, Sewer Cleansing) Manhole Surveys Confined Space Entry The works will be a mixture of Commercial, Industrial and Domestic Works The ideal candidate will have: A full UK driving licence.
A class 2 tanker licence is desirable but not essential.
Able to use your own initiative and produce work accurately and to a high standard.
A can-do attitude, with the flexibility to work overtime as required (we aim to keep "sociable" hours throughout the week, but some jobs require travel).
The ability and attitude to work alone or in a team.
A professional attitude to health and safety.
The capability to learn new systems and attentiveness to completing paperwork.
Be physically fit and used to manual work.
