The multidisciplinary team comprises experts in medicine, nutrition, fitness, and holistic health, all committed to providing exceptional care and innovative solutions to our clients.
The company also provides online education of high-quality video-based instruction for longevity and wellness practitioners for a world-wide audience.
Over the coming 3-5 years, the company is dedicated to building a tribe of medical professionals whose values and success are a beacon of light for the patients they serve.  We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Commercial Management Accountant to join our finance team in a fast-growing, dynamic business with high growth potential, strong values, and a dynamic leadership team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing financial insights, assisting in decision-making processes, and driving financial performance across the organization.
You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, gross margin analysis, and KPI reporting, as well as supporting financial reporting and compliance activities.
Experience in e-commerce is a significant advantage.
If this describes you, we'd love to meet you!  Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role) Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide business decisions.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and variances against budget and forecast.
Analyze gross margin performance and provide actionable insights to enhance profitability.
Innovate management reporting to support business growth Generate and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial and operational success.
Collaborate with departmental heads to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors as required.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement within the finance function.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and controls.
Analyze e-commerce metrics and performance data to inform financial strategies and initiatives.
Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role) This position is for a person who is/has: ACCA or CIMA Qualified / finalist Proven experience as a Commercial Management Accountant or similar role.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Experience in e-commerce finance or operations is a strong advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
