Doorman

A luxury retailer in Knightsbridge is looking for a friendly and welcoming Doorman/ Door Person for their shop on a permanent, 5 day a week basis.
As Doorman/ Door Person, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors.
We would like the candidate to bring their own personality to the role and be a visible presence on the shop floor to deter theft and ensure the safety of customers and staff.
You will monitor the store entrance, welcoming every customer that enters, opening the door for them, and helping them with any of their needs (getting to the car etc, holding an umbrella for them).
You will also conduct regular patrols of the store, including the shop floor, stockrooms, and any other areas, to identify and address potential security risks and assist in the apprehension of shoplifters and liaise with law enforcement when necessary, providing detailed and accurate reports.
Key Qualifications: We are looking for previous experience as a Doorman/ Door Person in a retail or hotel environment, preferably within the luxury industry.
This is 42.5 hours a week and some flexibility is needed to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays to accommodate the store's operational hours.
Salary Package: £30,000-£32,000 p/a
