Domiciliary Support Worker | Hampshire and Southampton areas | Day shifts are from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm or 10:00 am to 5:00 pm while evening shifts typically run from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm | £12.00 - £12.20 per hour, £14.00 per hour on weekends (Increases in April) Our client is a reputable and well-established domiciliary care company.

Flexible availability for shifts Own transport (car, e-bike, bike, or motorbike) is essential No experience is required as full training and support will be provided You will be a reliable and caring individual, willing to provide excellent care for our clients What will your role look like?
Providing domiciliary care to clients in their homes Assisting with daily tasks, ensuring clients are well taken care of Being adaptable and reliable, working to client schedules, which may include weekends and evening shifts What can you expect in return?
Mileage paid at 25p per mile Company pension Annual leave based on hours worked, holiday accrued Competitive salary Salary reviews Full funding for your diplomas, DBS checks, and uniform Interview Process Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview, followed by a shadow shift with a senior staff member.
Feedback will be collected from both the candidate and the senior staff.
If successful, the DBS application, references, and training process will begin.
