We are currently seeking a Home Manager (or Registered Manager ) to join our client's team on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will ensure the highest quality of care, compliance with all regulations, and the smooth running of the service, leading your team by example.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.
Act as the Registered Manager (if applicable) for regulated care activities.
Lead a team to deliver exceptional care and services.
Develop, implement, and monitor high-quality care plans and risk assessments.
Manage client acquisition and care delivery, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
Ensure all quality control systems and policies are upheld.
Submit relevant reports to regulatory bodies such as CQC or the Care Inspectorate.
Lead recruitment, training, and development of care professionals and office staff.
Support the management of budgets and payroll.
Foster a positive, person-centered culture aligned with the companys values.
Handle complaints and incidents professionally, using them as opportunities for improvement.
Essential Criteria: Extensive experience in care services, with a proven record of excellent customer service.
Experience leading and managing teams in a residential or domiciliary care setting .
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) , or a willingness to work towards it.
Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Commercial awareness and the ability to grow and develop care services.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Driving license and access to a vehicle for on-call duties and travel.
