Role and Responsibilities.
You will: be supporting residents and service users in care homes and at home.
be assisting with personal care, nutrition and fluids, medication, companionship etc You may be asked: to support with medication, assist with meals and daily needs of the service users.
· Help with domestic duties as required.
· You will need to: Complete daily notes, either via in house record systems, mobile phone app, or paper- based notes.
Interact with the residents and service users to engage in stimulating conversation.
Be confident to offer practical and emotional support to residents, services and families.
Collaborate with significant others.
