Domiciliary Care Lead

Key Results * Support the Deputy Dom Care Manager in assessing and responding to feedback on service levels and satisfaction.
* Records management and administration: including undertaking quality audits and checks.
Consistently works in line with regulatory bodies - for example but not exclusive to GDPR, CQC, HSE, Local Authority expectations etc.
* Line management and team motivation - ensure shifts are covered and worked; rota coordination; payroll; timesheets (subject to team needs).
* Act as the first point of call for new residents - settling in and reviews - and the on-going 'go-to' for a variety of resident care package related queries including complex care.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across and externally to St Monica Trust.
* Support care team with care, domestic and laundry duties (complex care, meds, personal care, mobility etc.).
Fulfil rostered on-call duties.
* Deputise for Deputy Dom Care Manager when required.
Pay: £15.49 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per week
