Job Description At Home Instead Fareham & Gosport we are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our growing team of Care Assistants helping to support and promote independence to adults living at home in Fareham and the surrounding areas.  We have opportunities for Full Time and Part Time hours as a morning domiciliary care assistant, starting at 8am, in and around the Fareham areas.
No prior experience is required as full training is provided, however this role may suit candidates who have had some element of formal or informal care experience.

Your role responsibilities will include: Medication assistance Home help; assisting clients to have a tidy environment Companionship; building connections and assisting clients to engage in activities such as crafts and accessing the community Personal care; ensuring clients are maintaining their personal hygiene Fluid and Nutrition; helping our clients to establish a well rounded diet and maintain healthy fluid intake Requirements: No previous experience required; thorough in-house induction assessment and ongoing training will be provided.
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Availability of reliable transportation for home visits, outings, grocery shopping, and errands.
Exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities.
Inherent caring and friendly nature, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
Must be a UK resident with a full UK driving license and your own transportation.
Must be 18+ Please be aware working visas cannot be provided.
