Here's what you need to know before applying: Our ideal Domestic Supervisor will have: Proven Experience: A background in supervising large teams, managing rotas, conducting performance reviews, and handling return-to-work interviews.
Adaptability: The ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet business needs.
Commitment to Quality: A strong focus on maintaining high standards, with sound knowledge of Health & Safety and infection control practices.
Technical Proficiency: Good IT skills, fully proficient in Microsoft Office, and educated to GCSE level in English and Maths.

Role Specification: Lead the Team: Effectively supervise the Domestic team to ensure smooth operations.
Set the Standard: Ensure the team consistently meets the highest cleaning standards.

Empower the Team: Provide coaching, training, and guidance for team members to address daily challenges.
Build Relationships: Professionally liaise with ward staff, doctors, and nurses to ensure efficient collaboration.
Monitor Quality: Conduct audits and generate reports to maintain excellent cleaning standards.
Manage Schedules: Maintain staff rotas and ensure all areas are adequately covered.
Support Staff Wellbeing: Conduct return-to-work interviews for staff after absences.
Review Performance: Hold regular performance reviews with both new hires and current staff.
Track Development: Undertake and document all necessary training sessions.
