Domestic Electrician Based in South Littleton, WR11 Offering: £11.44 - £25.00 per annum dependant on experience (weekly pay) Full time, temp to perm contract We are recruiting for a Domestic Electrician to install, maintain service and repair electrical installations, circuits and wiring systems in domestic properties.
The Role: Test and inspect electrical installations in domestic properties in accordance with the 17th IEE wiring regulations as amended from time to time ('the regulations).
Maintain and repair electrical installations in accordance with the Regulations.
Replace circuits and consumer units indulging the full rewiring of properties.
Comply with Company Health and Safety Policy, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and other statutory legislation Strict adherence to Company Health and Safety and operational policies Compliance with instructions and directives from line management and the Central Coordination-ordination Team.
Delivery of electrical repairs and testing in both occupied and void properties To undertake out of hours callout duties as per rota requirements The Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday between 7am-5pm The Location: South Littleton, WR11 The Person: Essential: Previous experience in a similar role Essential: Current full UK driving licence Accurate measuring and scoping of works Good knowledge of current industry practice Problem solving Able to test / fault find / and install on domestic properties Trustworthy and reliable Must be able to follow security and safety processes Essential: Must be able to pass a enhanced DBS check Good Interpersonal skills Strong Time Management Good IT skills Good awareness and understanding of personal health and safety , method statements and risk assessments Essential Qualifications: City & Guilds (C&G) 2391 Inspection and Test or the equivalent C&G 2394 & 5 C&G 2382 17th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations C&G Installation Certificate 2360 /2351 or equivalent with Part 2 or NVQ C&G 2393 Desirable Part P Qualification Asbestos Awareness Training C&G2377 PAT Testing Course #CCnorthwest JTRA1_UKTJ
