Title: Document Services Operator
Location: London Liverpool St/Fenchurch St
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00pm - 12:00am

Ryder Reid Legal is looking for an experienced Document Production professional to join the Document Services team of one of our global law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office.

The ideal candidate would be a proactive team player with excellent communication abilities.
In this role, you'll expertly revise, format, and cross-reference documents, convert files to various formats, and create professional presentations and charts.
You'll also provide technical support and ensure all work adheres to our clients' best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Revise and format documentsConvert files to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioCreate Tables of Contents, mail merges, and e-closing bindersModify PDFs and create forms in Adobe AcrobatDevelop PowerPoint presentations and Visio chartsQualifications:
College degree or equivalent work experienceProven experience in a legal or financial services organizationAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe AcrobatDue to the high volume of applications, we are not able to respond to all enquiries.
