Document Production Specialist

We are working with a leading law firm seeking talented Document Production Specialists to join their growing team.
They are offering flexible opportunities for individuals who are open to either daytime or evening shifts , allowing you to find a schedule that suits your lifestyle.
This is a fully remote position , so we welcome applications from candidates based anywhere in the UK.
Key Responsibilities : Prepare, format, and edit legal documents including contracts, agreements, reports, and presentations.
Ensure all documents are accurate, consistent, and adhere to the firm's formatting standards.
Convert and reformat documents between various file types (PDF, Word, Excel, etc.).
Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, and typographical errors.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Manage multiple assignments and deadlines, delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure document requirements are clearly understood and met.
What We're Looking For : Experience in a legal environment or a strong administrative/document production background.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and polished work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings if required.
A strong internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
