Document Production Specialist

Document Production Specialist Top City law firm seeks a Document Production Specialist on a permanent basis – this is a fully remote working position.

Salary to £42,000 plus generous benefits Fully Remote (Monday to Friday) 10am to 6pm Document Production Specialist Key Responsibilities: Transcribe, create, rebrand, format and amend emails, correspondence, attendance and meeting notes, documents, reports, billing narratives and mail merges Prepare electronic engrossments, to include all ancillary documentation and diagrams Create, format and amend marketing documentation Create, format, hyperlink and edit Excel spreadsheets, pivot charts, graphs and data formulas Prepare comparisons of Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents Ensure documents are formatted in the Firm's branding and house style Document Production Specialist Key Skills & Requirements: Previous Document Production experience gained from a law firm environment Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, DocXtools, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Experience of using BigHand Knowledge of the capabilities of Adobe Pro
