Document Production SpecialistTop City law firm seeks a Document Production Specialist on an initial 12-month fixed term contract – this is a fully remote working position.Salary to £40,000Fully Remote (Monday to Friday)8am to 4pmDocument Production Specialist Key Responsibilities:Transcribe, create, rebrand, format and amend emails, correspondence, attendance and meeting notes, documents, reports, billing narratives and mail mergesPrepare electronic engrossments, to include all ancillary documentation and diagramsCreate, format and amend marketing documentationCreate, format, hyperlink and edit Excel spreadsheets, pivot charts, graphs and data formulasPrepare comparisons of Word, PowerPoint and Excel documentsEnsure documents are formatted in the Firm's branding and house styleDocument Production Specialist Key Skills & Requirements:Previous Document Production experience gained from a recognised law firmAdvanced working knowledge of MS Word, DocXtools, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointExperience of using BigHandKnowledge of the capabilities of Adobe Pro
