You have excellent knowledge of managing both design and supplier/vendor documentation using an industry-standard document control system such as Oracle Aconex.

About the Role As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Lead Document Controller and Project Controls Manager on a major LNG expansion project.
You will manage the administration and control of project documentation, ensuring seamless communication across multiple teams and work packages.
Key responsibilities include expediting the flow of technical and project information, maintaining the Aconex system to capture all relevant documentation, and performing quality checks on project deliverables.
You will be responsible for registering, tracking, and distributing documents from various sources, including contractors, suppliers, and third parties.
Additionally, you will provide comprehensive reporting, maintain the distribution matrix, and support the handover and archive process to ensure proper project closure.
