Document Controller

Document Controller Location: Isle of Grain -Onsite Duration: 12 months - Inside IR35 Belcan is currently looking for an experienced Document Controller on a 12 month contract in Isle of Grain location.
As a Document Controller you will be involved in Final control and distribution of documents, managing workflows, report generation, including close-out and handover of documentation to the Terminal.
Would prefer Oracle Aconex experience (but not essential).
Administration Skills : Proficient in the production, organisation and maintenance of records, reports, presentations and training materials.
Site record-keeping .
Production and maintenance of procedures for personal, team and corporate use.
General administration support across the project.
Including daily/weekly reporting and personnel reporting.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing and administering all aspects of our Aconex system.
They will need to be a confident and patient communicator and will regularly coordinate activities and requirements with our Contractors.
Industry experience: Oil & Gas, LNG and construction.
