About the Role Level : 5 Department: Distribution Location: London - hybrid working Contract: Permanent You will be responsible for building the business plan for our integrated financial planning and investment management service for business opportunities associated with pre and post settlement divorce and financial planning and investment opportunities in relation to family law matters.
In addition, you will be the lead specialist in developing and pitching for business.
Qualified in your own right, you will have deep expertise as well as huge empathy in dealing with end clients.
Initially your focus will be on collaborating with the Proposition team to help design and deliver a market leading divorce / family law propositions for Quilter Cheviot including how we price and promote our services to professionals.
Once launched, you will act as our specialist spokesperson in the media and will seek continual improvements to our proposition so that it maintains a market leading position.
Working with the Head of Business Development for both Law Firms and Financial Planning, you will develop and own the execution of the annual business plan identifying opportunities to expand our business relationships with professionals in this field.
You will bring together the best specialists in regional and London offices to pitch for business, acting as the lead expert You will be regulated so that you are able to fully participate in the pitch process with end clients and will work with specialist investment managers and financial planners who will ultimately run the mandates and provide ongoing advice.
You will help develop and deliver training on divorce and family law wealth management services across the business Consumer Duty This role will directly impact good customer outcomes by identifying the appropriate target market and ensuring that propositions developed and distributed meet their needs.
The role holder will work with proposition teams to ensure that propositions remain aligned to and appropriate for their target markets.
