In this position, you'll: Build out relationships with new and existing clients across niche technical markets, using business development skills to strengthen our reach.
Lead and inspire a team of consultants by providing hands-on training, sharing best practices, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Shape recruitment strategies to align with business objectives, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
Drive team productivity by setting ambitious targets and monitoring KPIs, helping each team member reach their potential.
Host tech webinars, exclusive roundtable events, and in-person gatherings, becoming a recognized leader in your market.
What You'll Bring to the Table Proven experience as a 360° recruiter, ideally within tech, and a strong history of client relationship management.
Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring junior consultants, with the ability to coach and develop talent.
Excellent communication and consultative skills, combined with strong sales and negotiation expertise.
A driven, ambitious mindset with resilience and business acumen.
An entrepreneurial spirit, ready to lead by example and foster a collaborative, goal-oriented culture.
