Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead the development and implementation of our Social Impact, Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Culture and Inclusion, this newly created position is crucial in driving a culture of inclusivity and ensuring our initiatives align with our broader culture and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda.
In this role, you will create and implement a comprehensive strategy covering all dimensions of social impact, inclusion, and wellbeing, whilst identifying gaps and opportunities within current practices and develop action plans.
You will lead the development and delivery of global processes, systems, and initiatives that guide us forward support our journey and support the wellbeing of our people, our impact in our communities and creating work environments where our people can thrive.
Collaboration will be key, you will work with key stakeholders to integrate the strategy into the broader business and all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
 You will act as the primary point of contact for social impact, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing matters, providing expert guidance to management and employees.
To be successful in this role, you will have an analytical mindset combined with the ability to use data to drive decisions, strong project management skills, and an understanding of ESG principles are also important.
Experience Requirement: Proven experience in developing, embedding and evaluating, social, inclusion and wellbeing strategies and impactful programs within a global business Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices, as well as employee wellbeing frameworks.
Experience operating across a global matrixed business.
The Successful Candidate: Passion for employee wellbeing and creating a positive and inclusive workplace.
Track record of thinking differently and implementing innovative solutions in a practical way.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
