This is a fantastic working environment with a team of highly experienced eyecare professionals prioritising excellent customer care.We are offering an exceptional salary package to the right candidateRole DescriptionThis is a full-time role, including 3 out of 4 Saturdays (no Sundays or Bank Holidays) as a Dispensing Optician/Retail Manager located in Henley-On-Thames.The role involves:Dispensing high quality productsManaging eyewear stock and liaising with repsEnsuring processes are correctly followedMonitoring KPIsMonitoring and increasing Google reviewsResponsible for providing exceptional customer serviceKeeping up-to-date with product knowledge and frame stylingQualificationsQualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOCBackground in independent practiceSome management experienceExcellent knowledge of eyecare products and lens dispensingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, organise stock and prioritise tasks efficiently
