We are offering an exceptional salary package to the right candidate Role Description This is a full-time role, including 3 out of 4 Saturdays (no Sundays or Bank Holidays) as a Dispensing Optician/Retail Manager located in Henley-On-Thames.
The role involves: Dispensing high quality products Managing eyewear stock and liaising with reps Ensuring processes are correctly followed Monitoring KPIs Monitoring and increasing Google reviews Responsible for providing exceptional customer service Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and frame styling Qualifications Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC Background in independent practice Some management experience Excellent knowledge of eyecare products and lens dispensing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, organise stock and prioritise tasks efficiently
