As a Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our practice, while upholding our commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and service excellence.
Dispensing Optician Practice Manager Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service.
Optical Dispensing: Utilise your expertise as a Dispensing Optician to provide guidance and support to customers in frame and lens selection, adjustments, fittings, and troubleshooting.
Patient Care: Ensure every patient receives personalised care and attention, assisting them in selecting eyewear that meets their visual needs, lifestyle, and preferences.
Operational Efficiency: Implement and maintain efficient practice workflows, systems, and processes to maximise productivity, minimise wait times, and enhance the overall patient experience.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with patients, providing ongoing support, advice, and assistance to ensure their eyecare needs are met effectively.
