Job summary Within this role, you will ensure the safe and accurate ordering, dispensing and checking of allmedication, dressings and appliances and ensure that they are prepared and deliveredwithin the set timescales.You willwork closely with the other members of the dispensary team in the ensuring thesmooth running of the dispensary.You will give outstanding customer service to our patients, and help enable them to understand their medication.The role is for up to hours a week, working between 8:30am and 7:00pm on a pre-agreed rota.
Part time hours will be considered.The salary will be between £ - £ per hour depending on experience and qualification.
Main duties of the job To maintain accuracy and manage your time effectively whileassisting the dispensary and wider team in providing a high standard of serviceand care to our patients.You willbe expected to communicate effectively with staff at all levels throughout theorganisation as well as patients, visitors and the general publicDispensing medication in both original packaging, dossett boxes, and generating MAR sheets for care homes.

We operate an integrated nursing team delivering both practice and community nursing care to all of our patients, and we dispense around 9000 items per month.
