Disease Team – Edinburgh/Glasgow

Our client, a growing Legal Firm, is currently seeking two Solicitors to join its Disease Team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
The role involves managing employer's liability (EL) and public liability (PL) disease claims for clients, including insurers and local authorities.
While experience in disease claims is preferred, comprehensive training will be provided.The successful candidates will manage a caseload of litigated claims valued up to £200,000, conduct investigations, manage documentation, and support business development efforts.
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to complex legal issues are essential.The ideal candidates will have between NQ-4 years' PQE, preferably with a background in personal injury or civil litigation.
A dedication to outstanding client service and the capability to excel in a high-energy environment is also essential.
