Disability Support Worker   Location: Bournemouth   Job Type: Full-time/ Part -time   Salary: £76.92 - £95.68 per day ( Depending on experience)   Start Date: January 2025   Are you passionate about creating a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities?

  Responsibilities:   As a Disability Support Worker, you will:   Provide tailored support to students with disabilities, fostering their independence and confidence.
  Assist in the implementation of personalised learning plans and activities.
  Support students in overcoming challenges, both academically and socially.
  Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
  Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and families to ensure consistent support.
  Promote the physical and emotional well-being of students at all times.
    Requirements:   As a Disability Support Worker, you should have:   Experience working with individuals with disabilities or additional needs (preferred).
  A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting children and young people.
  Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  A proactive attitude and the ability to manage challenges effectively.
  A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.
