What does the Disability Assessor role involve?

The role will involve you carrying out 5 client assessments per day.
A typical day will see you carry out telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.
Youll listen to their experiences, ask questions and use your insights to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits.
That's the good news; the DWP make the final decision, you don't.
Your role is to gather information and produce the report.
