Director - Value & Market Access Communications

HAVAS Gemini is one of the leading value and market access communication agencies in the UK, and part of the broader HAVAS Health network.
Our focus is on communications and implementation materials for payer customers, creating clear value propositions, and bringing this red through all the communications materials we deliver for our clients.
We focus on gathering insights, providing our clients with strategic advice, and then developing and executing a tactical communications and implementation plan for payer customers to support differentiation and uptake predominantly for UK clients, as well as EU and global clients.
We are looking for a Director to identify new business opportunities within established accounts and develop/manage new and established accounts in the business to drive growth.
Working alongside the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for project and client management, business development within new and established accounts, strategic planning, analysis, recommendation and conclusion forming with clients.
You will have a proactive approach to identifying and initiating business opportunities with new and existing clients for UK and EU/global based campaigns You will build meaningful and trusting relationships with your clients ensuring you position Havas Gemini as their strategic partner You will be instrumental in shaping the strategy and helping clients shape their value and access requirements You will be responsible for the financial health of your accounts You will be responsible for leading the consultant team assigned to your accounts, directing the production of written & digital materials You will be responsible for the development of strategy decks, leading client calls, client updates and timelines to ensure the client is fully informed of progress and development Ability to interact, communicate, and present strategic ideas and concepts Ability to work cross-functionally with other agencies in the Havas Health network Skills and Experience Robust career history in market access consulting or payer marketing, including project management and hands-on delivery of specialist market access materials.
In-depth understanding of the payer environment in the UK.
Aptitude for working around complex issues.
Degree in a related life sciences subject.
Proven business development achievements.
Experience in European or global healthcare markets.
Ability to understand clinical trial data for pharmaceuticals and disease background evidence across various clinical specialties.
Ability to interpret complex clinical medical data from clinical trials and its impact on the payer environment.
Hands-on approach and ability to pitch in to meet business and client needs Superb customer service skills with internal and external stakeholders
