My client, a global leader in the fraud prevention and financial crime space, is seeking a Senior Director of Technical Program Management to drive cross-functional product initiatives and strategy execution across multiple teams.
This role is essential for overseeing the growth, delivery, and risk management of their product portfolio, while also nurturing the development of a high-performing Technical Program Management (TPM) team.
Working for my client, you will: Lead and inspire a global team of Technical Program Managers, ensuring they align their day-to-day operations with business goals and maintain high performance standards.
Foster a culture of change, excellence, and innovation that challenges the status quo and drives process improvement.
Spearhead cross-functional initiatives to deliver critical business results, overseeing efficient execution and risk management across diverse teams and platforms.
Expand team capabilities to support company growth, maintaining agility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Drive the execution strategy for the global product portfolio, aligning with business priorities to ensure continued industry leadership.
Lead by example, promoting best practices, providing coaching, and driving continuous professional growth for the TPM team.
Collaborate across departments to ensure technical strategies align with broader business objectives and customer needs.
What you'll achieve: Support growth, delivery, and risk management of the product portfolio, ensuring the organization is well-positioned to scale and deliver industry-leading solutions while mitigating associated risks.
Develop and lead the execution strategy for multiple products across platforms, aligning with broader business goals to maintain leadership in the industry.
Establish a customer-centric culture that ensures effective communication, quick conflict resolution, and the delivery of impactful solutions.
Scale the TPM team in line with rapid company growth, attracting top talent, addressing skill gaps, and fostering strong cross-functional partnerships.
Continuously drive improvements in processes, tools, and workflows to increase team productivity and ensure alignment with business and technical priorities.
Must-Have Technical Experience: Proven ability to drive transformative change, aligning technical and product strategy with business goals.
Expertise in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) , leading Agile Release Train (ART) processes, KPI reporting, and Program Increment (PI) planning.
Demonstrated success managing and scaling cross-functional teams within a software development environment, with experience in systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management.
Over 10 years of people management experience, successfully delivering technical programs or products from inception to completion.
Strong experience in the fraud prevention or financial services domains.
