PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To assist the Directors and provide accurate data analysis, reports, presentations to support in the smooth running of the business.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES The duties are many and varied, but the list below is considered to be the basic requirement: Generating and analysing data to support the company Directors.
Reporting accurate sales, profitability, stock, cost, H&S reports.
Build quality PowerPoint presentations for commercial or operational purposes. Ensuring notice boards are kept up to date, aligned to business requirements.
Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.
Organising meetings, scheduling appointments, and overseeing catering during company events.
Performing data entry, including updating sales and purchasing records and databases.
Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees, and company events.
General administrative tasks i.e., filing, postal requirements.
Booking and arranging meetings for company Directors.
Responsibility for compliance and discharging legal duties with regards to HR and Health & Safety to promote a safe, equitable and legally compliant work place.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB: GCSE or equivalent.
Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, especially proficient in Excel & Powerpoint Presentation.
Excellent timemanagement, and organisational skills, outstanding verbal, and written communication, the ability to handle confidential information and excellent problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in a related role such as Administration, Personal Assistant, Receptionist, or other relevant positions. BENEFITS 20 days paid Holiday + Bank Holidays.
