Capstone's Cost Management team are looking for a talented Director to help drive business expansion, develop client relationships, and grow a high-performing team.
The Role
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will:
Collaborate with existing senior directors to leverage relationships and secure new business opportunities.Drive the growth of the cost management offering, focusing on the commercial occupier and commercial development sectors (other sectors welcome, excluding infrastructure projects).Build and lead a team of skilled professionals to deliver exceptional client outcomes.Provide strategic advice to clients and ensure best practices in cost management.Play a pivotal role in business development, with demonstrable experience in winning work and managing client engagements.What We're Looking For MRICS qualified professional with a proven track record of winning work within a cost consultancy.Previous consultancy experience in commercial occupier and/or commercial development projects.Strong business development skills, with the ability to bring new opportunities to the business.Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and grow a high-performing team.A proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients.What's on Offer A competitive salary of up to £120,000 plus performance-based bonus.The role can be based from a number of large UK cities or from their head office in London.The opportunity to shape and grow a critical part of the business, with the support of an established leadership team.A platform for career progression in a dynamic and growing consultancy.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing consultancy that has a fantastic reputation with the ability to make the role your own and get equity in time.
