This is a key post on the corporate leadership team, reporting to the chief executive, with statutory responsibility as the council's S151 officer.

Our asset portfolio is a critical element of our MTFS and we are looking for commercial astuteness alongside a deep commitment to ensuring residents are at the heart of every financial decision we make.
